The exact date remains unknown and it could potentially be pushed back due to the coronavirus outbreak. It wouldn&#39;t be the only upcoming new model to suffer a delay. But in the meantime, Ford is pressing ahead with the current and highly successful sixth-generation Mustang with yet another new variant planned, only its name won&#39;t be so new.

Basically, the Bullitt Edition is a Mustang GT with 20 more horsepower - a total of 480 hp - an intake manifold from the Mustang Shelby GT350, and exterior tweaks such as the removal of the Mustang emblem.

Only two exterior colors are offered. Chances are, the Mustang Bullitt will be retired after the 2020 model year in order to keep it special and, more than likely, the licensing deal Ford struck with Warner Brothers studio, which still owns the rights to the Bullitt name, expires.
