I couldn&#39;t be prouder to be associated with these two." It's a nice gesture from Toyota, but let&#39;s not forget the nurse lost much more than just his truck in the blaze. Like many others caught up in the wildfire, which is the deadliest in US history, he also lost his home and job, since both Pierce and his wife worked at the hospital that was destroyed in the wildfire. This has prompted more than 600 generous people to donate over $28,000 to his family&#39;s GoFundMe page at the time of writing.
