Swizzels, which makes Love Hearts, Drumsticks and Parma Violets, says the successful applicant will be given training and a year&#39;s supply of sweets to help in their task. Whoever takes up the &quot;important role&quot; will also be given a tour of the factory in Derbyshire and learn how all the confectionery is made.
