In such moments, support in the form of an application comes to the rescue, which sends items live to the coordination panel, facilitating the work of teams - in the field and at the headquarters.
Another aspect is the analysis of the collected data: how the site was checked, whether it needed to be searched again. Thanks to the continuity of the recording, the coordinator can see the empty spaces in real time.
The application is free and available on the Android platform.

The application, although it requires an internet connection, is able to work offline until the signal from the GSM network is restored.

The application allows you to:
-tracking the position of other participants in real time,
- drawing the covered road,
- SOS button - to notify the staff about the need for help - also visible to other participants by highlighting, turning it on triggers a repeated sound signal,
- preview of designated sectors,
- sending text messages with loud notification,
- longitude and latitude preview,
- determining a point - the direction and the remaining distance to the marker are displayed,
- setting an individual code name,
-conducting actions in secret mode,
- sending information on the current state of the battery,
Comments:
1.) If the app shuts down / resets, it means battery optimization is on. Go to settings, select the Search and Rescue application and turn off battery optimization or change the application startup to manual mode by selecting: automatic startup, intermediate startup and background operation. The problem may occur depending on the specific phone models.
2.) It is recommended to set a code name - do not use your first and last name.
