 <h2>Ingredients</h2> 1/2 cup skim milk 1 tablespoon vinegar 2 tablespoons canola oil 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 egg 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 1 cup whole-wheat pastry flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 cup frozen mixed berries, such as blueberries, raspberries and blackberries (do not thaw) 1/4 cup low-fat granola, slightly crushed

Heat oven to 350 F. Spray an 8-inch round cake pan with cooking spray and coat with flour.
