There is no damage on the special items or discs, but it&#8217;s sad to see The Last of Us Part I Fireflies Edition in that bad condition. The complaints number is increasing, and there are many customers that are mad at Sony. The company chose not to make an announcement now, but the support team has a solution that won&#8217;t make the customers happier.

Some of the tweets got many likes and comments, and it&#8217;s possible to see many victims of the damaged deliveries. The special edition costs 100 dollars; this isn&#8217;t a price we can&#8217;t ignore. Especially when we consider this is the second rework for a game.
