Hot Wheels Hot Wheels Hot Wheels Hot Wheels Adorably named &#39;Texas Toot&#39;, Meanx&#39;s JDM special was fabricated entirely in his garage and, to add to its eccentricity, features a 250-shot nitrous kit, custom 30-inch wheels, and, for comedic factor, train horns.
