Desmond Russell doubled and Melvin Rodriguez, who had two of Jackson State's four hits, drove him in with a single in the fourth to put Jackson State (32-23) up 1-0. It held up as Anthonia (4-0) threw six scoreless innings and Juday struck out two in his three innings for his third save.
