When the alarm is triggered, the Fitbit gently vibrates on your wrist and lights up, easing you awake. Unlike a regular alarm clock, you don't have to worry about it waking up people sleeping nearby. And don't worry if you miss it, the Fitbit automatically snoozes itself after a brief time, and then re-activates after 9 minutes. The alarm on most Fitbit devices automatically turns off once you walk 50 steps. You can also press a button to dismiss it, or double-tap the tracker.
