To delete, press the Digital Crown, select Messages, swipe left on a message, and select the Trashcan.You can only delete one message at a time. Unfortunately, a clean sweep of Messages isn't an option. You can, however, delete conversations one at a time.

Here's how. Press the Digital Crown on the Apple Watch to access the app screen.

Select Messages and scroll down to the conversation you want to delete. Swipe left on the conversation to reveal two options.

Tap the red Trashcan icon on the right to delete the thread. Repeat these steps for all of the conversations you want to delete from your Apple Watch.

Drawbacks of Deleting Messages from Apple Watch
While many apps sync between the Apple Watch and iPhone, Messages is not one of them. Conversations you delete from the Watch will still be on your iPhone, and threads you clear on your phone may remain on your Watch. What this means is that outside of some organizational improvements and added storage space, deleting messages from the Apple Watch has few practical benefits.
