It’s also a good sign if the website has a tab that explicitly points you to their prices, and clearly outlines them and which features are available with which plan.Do you need a credit card to sign up for the free trial? This may be just a personal preference, but I hate signing up for a free trial when they demand my credit card information.

It feels like they’re just itching for me to forget when the free trial expires so they can start charging me, and it makes me feel like they’re only after my money instead of offering a decent service.How easy or complicated is it to cancel? If you’re not happy with something, prolonging the experience is only going to leave a worse taste in your mouth. You should have the ability to cancel with as few difficulties as possible.
