There are a ton of ways to cope-
Drawing really helps me personally, and you don’t have to draw some elaborate, super detailed animal or whatever if you don’t want to, you can even just scribble.
Writing is a good way to get your feelings out.
I had a ‘worry jar’ once, where I took my worries and wrote them on a small piece of paper, then left it in said jar. It’s a way to let go of things that make you anxious.

I would invest in some fidget toys if you’re into that kind of thing and find yourself fidgeting when you’re anxious. If you’re in a public setting, I like to count things in the room.

It makes me feel more grounded in reality to do this. If you’re at home, do your hobbies! I like to draw while listening to relaxing music so just find something that you enjoy and helps you de-stress.
