There is a lot to like about the new car, it may be based on the brand-new BMW Z4 but that is no bad thing. Whereas that car will be a convertible with no option of a manual transmission, the Supra seems to be targeted at an altogether sportier crowd. It will be a coupe only and for now, right-hand-drive markets are rumored to be getting a manual transmission option too.

Toyota Toyota The 2019 Supra will be made in limited numbers, so, while British customers are now able to pre-order theirs, a mere 300 units are allocated to the UK for the entire year. While there are no exact prices and specifications available just yet, potential customers are able to register their intent to purchase online by way of a refundable $1,300 deposit.

Judging from the information so far, as well as the stellar track performance of the mechanically similar Z4, the wait should definitely be worth it.
