Automated cars, increased streetcar adoption, high-speed rail, and a greatly reduced need for traditional parking have the potential to completely transform both where and how new developments are designed, and how existing parking facilities are repurposed. We acquired Au Bon Pain in 2021 and bellagreen in 2022 after recognizing the opportunity to turnaround brands that didn’t weather the pandemic as well or were looking to divest.
