Earlier this month, we reported that production had officially ended for the Ford Fusion as well as its more luxurious corporate cousin, the Lincoln MKZ. Neither midsize sedan will see a direct replacement. Both are victims of Ford's plan to end sales of traditional cars in North America, save for the Mustang.

Of course, this may not be a decision that lasts forever, but the segment the Blue Oval once dominated, such as with the Taurus, has been abandoned for the foreseeable future. However, just because Fusion production has ended doesn't mean you can't still buy one.
