führt zu einem sehr unterschiedlichen Verhalten gegenüber den verschiedenen Fixationsmitteln. Die Mitosen sollen in der Haut wie in anderen Organen rhyth misch verlaufen 1, wie nach den klassischen Befunden von FLEMMING bereits 2 anzunehmen war • Sie werden im excidierten Gewebe zu Ende geführt, falls 3 nicht die Fixation genügend schnell die Zellen erfaßt • Der Teilungsrhythmus ist an die Tageszeit gebunden und erfolgt anscheinend daneben noch wellenförmig innerhalb der Epidermis, so daß wir Mitosen, wenn überhaupt, dann gehäuft 4 5 antreffen • Dies gilt auch für die irritierte Oberhaut • Wir sind schließlich nicht berechtigt, aus einem zu irgendeinem Zeitpunkt einer Hauterkrankung entnommenen Gewebsstück auf die Pathogenese und erst recht nicht auf die Ursache zu schließen.

Ursache, auslösendes Moment, Lokali sationsfaktor, unterhaltende Faktoren, sekundäre Schäden und Reparationsvor gänge sind auseinanderzuhalten, was im histologischen Schnitt allein kaum mög lich ist. Die sekundären, von der eigentlichen Erkrankung unabhängigen Gewebs veränderungen spielen an der Haut eine ganz andere Rolle als in inneren Organen, da sie den Eingriffen der Umwelt (Kratzen, Medikamente, Waschmittel, Traumen) ausgesetzt ist. In der Haut, wie in jedem Organ, greifen die verschiedenen Funktionsabläufe ineinander, eine Störung löst die andere aus.
