<h3> $0 99 now free </h3> Before you get too excited, this isn't the Rollercoaster Tycoon we've all been hoping for. Instead it's a light mobile version based on the franchise that finds itself somewhat crippled by in-app purchases. The only time I'd ever recommend it is when it's free, which it is at the moment.
