Want a certain note front and center when you open Evernote? The first thing you see is the Evernote Home Screen, so place priority items there. In the Android tablet version, long tap or right-click the note before opening it and select Home Screen.

Change Language Options in Evernote
Evernote is available in several languages, including dictionary settings. For example, in the Windows desktop version, change the language through Tools > Options > Language.
In mobile versions of Evernote, the default setting is likely set for titles to be automatically generated. Turn auto titling of new notes on or off by selecting Settings > Note Creation Settings, then selecting or deselecting the box.
